CEREMON SIGNS SALES ALLIANCE WITH MOCONDI

Oslo, Norway, Sept 22, 2004

Ceremon today signed a Sales Alliance Agreement with MoConDi, a supplier of mobile content and mobile content distribution services, under which Ceremon will be an Authorized Mocondi Sales Representatives, marketing and selling Mocondi’s services to its customer base across Europe, North America and the Middle East.

MoConDi, a subsidiary of MobileMedia, creates marketplaces for mobile fun and entertainment, offering technology-independent content distribution services to mobile operators, content developers and content providers. Its solutions today reach over 40 million mobile gamers and fun seekers.

MoConDi offers easy set-up of electronic storefronts with access to an extensive selection of multimedia content and java applications. All this wrapped in a state of the art solution for distribution, billing and a unique live reporting tool for traffic.
