SPECTRUM INFORMATICS APPOINTS PAUL WHEATLEY AS DIRECTOR

Spectrum Informatics Inc is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr Paul Wheatley as Director with special responsibilities for Europe and the Middle East.

With 15 years at BT in the UK and the Netherlands, most recently as General Manager of BT (Worldwide) Netherlands, Managing Director of Intrax Satellite Services in Germany and the Netherlands and non-executive director of various substantial BT holding companies, Dr Wheatley brings a wealth of experience of fixed and mobile telecommunications. He began his career as a software designer with CGR Ultrasonique in France before returning to university to complete a Ph.D. in opto-electronics. After working with the PA Consulting Group, he joined BT in 1988 and undertook a variety of technical and commercial roles before moving to the Netherlands in 1996 with BT’s joint venture Telfort.
