GOOD-BYE SPECTRUM INFORMATICS; HELLO CEREMON

Kansas City, MO, July 19, 2004

Today Spectrum Informatics Inc revealed its plans for a corporate re-branding. Over the coming months, the trading name as well as all legal entities within the Spectrum Informatics Group will be changed to Ceremon.

"There are many brands incorporating the word “Spectrum”, but Ceremon is quite unique", said Nigam Shah, President and CEO of Spectrum Informatics, “The new branding brings freshness and vitality to our image at a time when the company is shifting up a gear and branching out with new partnerships”

The new tag-line “Thinking IT, Doing IT” reflects the company’s key values of providing thought leadership whilst at the same time being very focussed on delivery of results based on Information Technology. Paresh Gondalia, a long-standing employee of the company and its current CTO commented: “I think it’s great! It summarizes very elegantly just what we are all about!”

Customers and suppliers will be notified formally of these changes as and when they take effect in the individual companies affected.
