CEREMON OPENS DEVELOPMENT CENTER IN HYDERABAD, INDIA

Hyderabad, India, Dec 26, 2004

Ceremon will cumulatively invest up to $1m establishing a Global Centre of Excellence at Megda Hills Business Park, near Hyderabad, for design, development and production.

Ceremon is a private company headquartered in the USA with annual sales increasing since the company’s inception.

The Development and Support Centre is expected to create over 100high-calibre jobs over five years in high-level R&D, information technology, production and operations. In addition, it will be responsible for strategic marketing and HR support in Europe, Middle East and Africa. The Indian operation will be responsible for the continuing development of the company's unique core technology.

The investment, in line with Ceremon's strategy to focus on higher value business, will progressively create new skilled jobs over next five years.
