VENTURE CAPITALIST CHOOSES CEREMON FOR DUE DILIGENCE

A leading European Venture Capital Firm has selected Ceremon to carry out technical due diligence of a potential acquisition target. A group of telecom veterans, who would form the core of the target’s executive team if the bid is successful, has a radically new strategy for turning the ailing mobile operator around, with financial backing from the VC, and rapidly bring it into profitability.

Ceremon was selected because of its expertise in mobile operations, particularly mobile data. Although, for obvious commercial reasons, the VC and target must remain anonymous at this stage, a representative gave the following statement: “I have worked with Nigam and his team in my previous company and I have been consistently impressed with their conscientiousness and flexibility to take on complex assignments at short notice. I had no hesitation is calling him when this opportunity came up.”
