Mobile Messaging Platform
The Client identified a leading Unified Messaging Platform to provide Unified Messaging including SMS, MMS, email, fax-mail, and voicemail services. It also wanted to provide integration with Calendar, Address book, and Mobile Storage components.
Client wanted to provide a unified front end for all these services that were using the same Service Delivery Framework and look and feel provided by other products offered by it. Client tried to engage product vendor to provide the solution to this but the time-line and cost proposed by product vendor did not meet client's needs.
Ceremon proposed a solution that can provide front-end to all services provided by Unified Messaging Platform. This solution effectively put the control of presentation of services in client's hand. The solution was custom developed from public domain framework and software components reducing time to implement and the cost associated with it significantly. A working proof of concept was created within two weeks and the complete solution was implemented within 3 months by Ceremon team.
Mobile Alerts
The Client identified a Leading Alerting Engine product to support the messaging and alerting features of its new services. The alert platform provided ability for customers to subscribe to different predefined alerts, however the user interface was not configurable to meet clients requirement for branding and a unified look and feel. Client needed a custom solution developed and implemented in less than three months.
Ceremon proposed a solution that provided mobile handset based Alerts subscription management. In addition to providing the front end to view different types of alerts (SMS, MMS, Video Clips etc.), it provided extensive self-care functionality to manage subscription to different categories of alerts (For Example, Sports, Financial News, Weather etc.) The solution was custom developed from public domain framework and software components reducing time to implement and the cost associated with it significantly. The complete solution was implemented within 2 months by Ceremon team.
